1. Office Products: You may return Office Products within 30 days of receipt for any reason.

2. Software: Unopened Software may be returned within 7 days of receipt.

3. Ink and Toner: If the wrong item has been ordered or delivered and the package remains unopened, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt. If you discover the product to be defective your claim must be made within 30 days of receipt.

4. Technology Electronics: Business Machines and Technology Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. This includes but may not be limited to: copiers, all-in-one machines, digital cameras, printers, computer peripherals, fax machines, scanners, wireless phones, telephones, shredders, digital projectors, MP3 players, Bluetooth and wireless items, digital picture frames and networking products. Your purchase must be in saleable condition with the original packaging including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and all parts.

5. Furniture: Desks, Chairs and other products otherwise categorized as "Furniture" must be inspected and accepted as satisfactory at the time of delivery. All claims of damage must be made upon receipt. Furniture that has been assembled or is not in its original packaging may not be returned.

6. Food and Food Products: Items marked as "Non-Returnable" may not be returned as they are prohibited from being resold per California state law. We encourage our customers to donate these types of items to a local Food Bank, Charity or Non-Profit.

7. Dated Goods: Calendars, Planners, and other dated goods may not be returned unless Office Advantage has shipped the wrong item and the claim is made within 30 days of receipt.

8. Concealed Damage: Please inspect your purchase upon receipt. Claims of hidden damage must be made at the time of delivery.

9. Special/Custom Orders: Special Orders and/or Custom Orders are made to your specifications and as such are only returnable if found to be defective upon receipt of product.

10. Restocking Fees: The return or cancellation of a large item or a large quantity of items may incur a restocking fee and/or freight charges. In general, whenever a supplier or a manufacturer charges Office Advantage with restocking fees and/or freight charges we will pass each along to our customer.

Our Return Policy

In general, if you are not 100% satisfied with your Office Advantage purchase you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason so long as the product is in saleable condition with the original packaging including the Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals and all parts. If you choose to return your Office Advantage purchase you will need to contact Customer Service at 1-877-677-4100 or service@officeadvantage.com.
